Maritime Museum

On March 18th fifteen hardy Probus sailors made off to the Maritime Museum, for several, probably for the first time since accompanying small children. The more adventurous clambered aboard the resident vessels whilst the rest took in the internal Museum highlights and the photographic exhibition. The James Craig, Endeavour and the recently refurbished HMAS Vampire were great points of interest. The Ocean Photographer of the Year Exhibition was quite remarkable displaying some brilliant images. After our interesting visit we all proceeded to ‘The Little Snail’ for an enjoyable three course old person's lunch. Once again our Opal Cards got a good workout!
